You have been elected Mayor of a small municipality called Tvedestrand. Tvedestrand has 6.000 inhabitants. All residents are afraid that Tvedestrand will end up in the scary Robeks list and lose their finacial Independence to the state.
Its your job to make decisions so that departments in Tvedestrand are kept in balance.
It is the only way to avoid being listed on Robeks list.
